CANCELATION POLICY

 

We are so grateful for your continued patronage and support. We are dedicated to continuing to provide our services and create as much availability as possible as we tend to book up quickly.

We ask you please give no less than a 24 hours notice on all cancelations. We understand life can take a turn and things can come up that prevent you from being able to make your appointments at times, please reach out to us by phone if you are unable to make your appointment. Our NO SHOW/NO CALL policy will require you to pay for your missed appointment as well as PREPAY for your next appointment. This prepayment will be held as a deposit, if that appointment is missed or canceled within 24 hours the deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded. Prepayment will be required at the barber’s discretion. We also ask that all of our clients give us notice if they are running late or if they will not make their appointment on time. Any appointment that is 15 minutes or more late will be considered a last minute cancelation and subject to prepayment. We hope you understand that these policies will help us continue to provide the highest level of service to all our amazing clientele.
